What would I be doing?
You will be joining a proactive and friendly team where you will be responsible for carrying out service and repairs to Forklift equipment on customer sites. Other responsibilities include:-
- To ensure van stock is monitored / counted, and sufficient for the day to day maintenance of the fleet.
- To carry out inspections and monitor the safety of the repaired and maintained trucks.
- To take responsibility for all equipment and tooling (including van/laptop/tablet etc.) and ensure that it is in a safe condition for the type of work being undertaken.
- To work to strict planned schedules and deadlines.
All Forklift Service Engineers are expected to work to all Health & Safety procedures as well as company safe working practices. On a daily basis you will be required to update internal systems and conduct admin tasks promptly, this includes job sheets, timesheets, purchase requisition and parts paperwork.

Essential Skills:
- Engineering Qualification or Relevant Experience
- Ability to work to a high standard and deadlines
- Good verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to work without constant supervision
- Flexibility to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- IT and Administration skills
