Understand The Role & Requirements
We work closely with each client to fully understand each individual role, your requirements and expectations and also the vision of your company. We feel this gives us a good foundation to start sourcing the right candidates.
Sourcing & Advertising
We already have a pool of skilled candidates looking for new roles. On top of that we use various job boards and recruitment channels to source the best candidates. We conduct phone or face to face interviews to find out about each candidate's requirements and suitability for roles before submitting the candidate for a role.
Selection Process
When you're ready to start interviewing we will arrange the next steps on your behalf, this can Include arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview presentations, pre-interview questionnaires or conducting assessments. If you have other bespoke requirements, we would be happy to Include these in our process for you.
Feedback
We believe that feedback during the recruitment process is an important part of the recruitment process as it helps candidates improve for future interviews. For unsuccessful candidates we will ask you for detailed feedback to pass on to the candidate. This can help them to understand where they could have performed better and also the areas in which they excelled. Providing detailed interview feedback to the successful candidate is also important. After Interviews have taken place we will speak to each candidate and ask them for feedback on the Interview too.
Offer
If you decide to hire one of our candidates, we can then offer the role on your behalf and negotiate terms with the new team member, this can Include salary and bonuses, holiday entitlement or sick pay, to name a few. If you would rather deal with this directly, that's up to you.
